Nearly the end and nearly the beginning

It's difficult to believe this year is nearly over and a new one is about to begin. My new writing pursuit is about to begin too as I start my new erotic short. I've written romance for years but lately I've had a yearning to write something new. Something different. To delve into my wildest fantasies and put them on paper.

So I'm going to. I've been scribbling notes for several days. My hero is Eduardo, a Latin god with skin like cafe au lait and black-as-night hair. He's a beautiful man and an exquisite lover. My heroine is Linda, whom Eduardo calls Leenda. He also tells her the Spanish meaning of her name -- pretty. And he makes her believe it. She's pretty down on herself after Nick, her husband of twenty years traded her in on a younger model. And when the younger model ends up pregnant, Linda is really ticked because Nick had convinced her he didn't want children and that their lives together would be better without them. Now she sees him for the cheat and liar he's always been and she decided to allow herself to indulge in the many passions and pleasures she always wanted.

Her adventure leads her to a nudist resort called Barely Paradise and this is where she meets Eduardo -- in the flesh, quite literally.

It's doubtful I'll get much writing done the next few days but I hope to hit the ground running with this story next week. The working title is In the Nude for Love.
